Carlos is superiorly talented and is an absolute God! I don’t live in California and flew into Sacramento for the weekend. I desperately needed a hair cut and didn’t know of any barbers in the area. A friend referred me to him and I was not disappointed. His talent speaks for itself, but his personality, professionalism, and customer service is second to none! Definitely would make him my barber if you live in the Sacramento area.
