Burned pizza bagels, and hardened cheese. Dry and tasteless. Mounds of garlic spread on the bagel with no effort to spread it. The bagels were partially flattened with burnt edges. The garlic pizza bagels always arrive soft, and warm. Delicious. Not this time! To the manager or owner. Why now? How did this happen?
