Refused my business nearly an hour out from closing time. No reasoning with them. Too lazy to make money. Uhaul accommodated me with 4 minutes left before locking their doors.

After I reserved the storage space online, I received a call from these guys and was asked to pay $10 to hold the unit even before looking at the storage space itself! (To be noted - this was not mentioned anywhere while online) 2 stars for allowing me to look at the space and NO additional stars for not picking up my phone calls or giving me a call back on my move-in day and the worst part is they gave it someone else because I refused to pay $10 (again even though I reserved online)

Thought this would be a good deal but they are very picky about IDs. I had 2 California IDs and a picture I'd but they would not rent to me. Be sure you have a current drivers license or you will not get a unit. They do not mention this on the website They are extremely strict about rules and will not negotiate on anything. Very long halls and walk to get to units. Very old facility.
