Worst costumer service ever. They made my debit card with wrong name for three times and when I try to call them, they keep telling me we will call you in 20min and never called. So disappointing!

I like Chase bank but the branch at Sierra Highway is the absolute worst! The employees are incompetent, incapable and have absolutely no respect for customers. I needed to get a card replaced, I waited on two different tellers and was finally told that I need to speak to a banker. Then I was told to come back 4 hours later because the bankers had to TAKE THEIR LUNCH! There is a Bank of America down the street, guess where I'm heading now. I have had service like this at the Sierra branch for a couple of years now. Such a shame, it had good service some time ago but now it is disgraceful, uncaring, snooty and far from helpful.

I went this morning in Chase of Sierra hwy(Canyon Country) and try to have 1.000 $in ATM, that i have in my account and i know that is the limit! But was denied! How can be possible?Was an emergency and i need my money!!!SEEMS THAT THE BANK IS THE OWNER OF MY MONEY 😡😡😡
