Stopped in here while staying at the super 8 next door. There were only 2 employees and had to wait on the blue haired cook to finish his cigarette break. When told he had an order to cook he replied with sarcastic do I have a choice. While waiting the 2 were talking about inappropriate topics and using language you wouldn't expect in front of customers. Ended up burning our burger, sausage, and hash browns. Soon as our food was done the cook was back outside on smoke break. I know its waffle house and all but I expect slightly better.

I asked for 'crispy' bacon, and recieved nasty burnt under-cooked bacon. The rest of the meal was OK. But now I understand why the parking lot is empty most of the time. Enough said.

We sat down for 20 minutes without being acknowledged. After asking for service we finally put in our order and never got silverware nor our drinks. After another 10 minutes other guests were immediately sat down, got their drinks and had their order taken. We still never received silverware nor drinks. The employee that we spoke to had a name tag that said "Shadow". I'm extremely frustrated by how poor the service was.

The parking lot had bags of empty take out boxes all over. When u walked inside most tables were still dirty and sticky. The restroom was out of toilet paper. However service was fast and the dishes that we ordered was AWESOME!!! Overall it was a great lunch experience just needs to take more pride on cleanliness and instead of the employees outside smoking and standing around maybe next smoke break take a broom and a rag with ya.
