This is by far the worst Pizza Hut in Idaho, they won’t answer your phone and they will leave you on hold on purpose. They will also not enter in your order and then take forever when you come in and ask if they can make a new one. I will never go to this Pizza Hut again worst service I’ve ever had in my life

I ordered my pizza at 8:58pm and the online quote time for delivery was 25 minutes. It’s been an hour and counting and when I called to ask about my order the employee just says “oh yeah. The quote time is wrong. It’s actually an hour and a half.” What?? Really Pizza Hut? I love the food but this happens way too often. This isn’t the first time and y’all need to fix this reoccurring issue.

My online order was not delivered because it was not within there delivery range, the website didn’t mention anything and the store failed to call me to let me know it was out of there delivery range. I waited for an hour before calling them just to be told I will have to go pick up my order. The pizza wasn’t worth the trip next time I will go to Idaho pizza better quality and better service.

Perfect experience. A kind young lady doing a lot of work making the pizzas, came right out to hand me the pizza we had ordered, and it was perfect just as we has ordered. We'll definitely be back!
