The great: Great view, close to the roundabout, hot tub and pool, giant room with a kitchenette — all great. The tough: The lack of air ventilation and AC in the room, flies everywhere we walked, the smell of bathroom in our room, on the hotel and everywhere we went in the building as well as the outdated furniture — the real kicker was the beautiful king sized bed that turned out to be old, uncomfortable— left my wife and I feeling miserable. We, like most people, want the most for our money and felt this didn’t meet our expectations for the price paid. Feedback: Update the furniture and mattress, add AC / ventilation, and take care of the fly and the awful smell problem and then you can charge what you charge. Thank you.

This hotel is a great value for the money. Ocean front views, and spacious suites right on the boardwalk. If you’re on a budget and want to be near the ocean this is the place to stay. The hotel is in need of updates, but with that the rates would be higher. We stayed for three days and enjoyed our down time from shopping and dining in our room. Lots to do nearby.

You have to snake your way down Broadway in crowded Seaside, but once you arrive, there is a large parking garage awaiting with free parking. Check in was great. Roger was friendly, helpful, and efficient. From the lobby, you look past the indoor pool to the sand of the beach. If you get a room on the beach side you get a balcony with an awesome view. The room was decent. Breakfast was not included, but there is a restaurant on site, and a bunch more restaurants within easy walking distance. The beach is huge. I would definitely stay here again.

We took our granddaughter as a fun little long weekend last weekend Arrived after a 6 hour drive with a three year old The room was nasty and very dirty One of the beds had a big hole The bedding was lumpy To top it off it was supposed to be a view room! Opened the slider and a huge air conditioner unit blocked the majority of the view I went to the front desk to get a different room the second room was way worse I don’t think it was cleaned No lock on the slider door filthy filthy The swimming pool had algae growing on the side! Not safe for anyone let alone a child In short we packed back up and went to the holiday inn express It was lovely at the Holiday Inn Express!

Restaurants usually 7 days a week. But there's good eating places all up and down Broadway.. Trivago ...hotel. Com and others have email and phone numbers... Another good place for 3 squares to eat.. Pig n Pancake.. Hotel prices rise 2 weeks approx before Memorial Day.. Drop approx 2 weeks after Labor Day..
$100 should be good for a gift certificate. Rates usually go up on weekends.
Suites have kitchenettes. Full size frig, microwave & double sink.
