These guys are the best, and always take great care of us! I bought my kids some bikes from Walmart last summer not knowing much about bikes, and have had several problems with them (loose screws resulting in slipping handlebars and a tire falling off while my son was riding it, a broken kickstand that wouldn’t stay up while my daughter was riding, and a couple of flat tires) Any time I bring them in for a quick fix they have been very friendly and professional. They fix it for us right then & there and give the bike a good once over so we leave with it better than new. They do a great job, and their prices are very reasonable even not charging for the smaller fixes like tightening screws. They’ve got a customer for life, and I know where to go now when we’re ready to upgrade their bikes

Very pleased with the service and mechanical support on my bikes. I really appreciate the technical expertise Dave and his team provide at the State Street store. The service guys explain technical things about my bike in ways I can understand, and teach me things about my bike and taking care of it. Speedy and quality service. George's service and sales at both locations is the best!

Evan Trent was OUTSTANDING in helping to find the right bike for me! I’ve always had difficulty finding bikes that fit me and my height correctly, but he was so amazing at finding parts and applying the specifications I needed. He was a great problem solver, and I had total trust that I would love my new bike after it passed through his hands. Quick and efficient work. Wade - generally we like to have you come in and pick the rental bikes up so that we can set them up for each rider properly. We also like to go over safety, etc.. Our store is a 5-10 minute ride from most of the single track. Bikes also need to be returned back to the store at the end of the rental period. That being said we are open to any special requests, just might need more specifics before giving a solid answer. Trails are starting to dry out for some great riding!
Masks are required, social distancing encouraged, hand sani stations at each counter and by the front door. Masks are typically available if you forget yours but they have a limited supply.
