They don't allow visitors, still, due to "Ongoing COVID concerns". You can only call. You are prompted when calling to not leave a voicemail. Phone then rings out, no one picks up, and goes to voicemail. EVERY SINGLE TIME.

The fellow who opened the door for me was kind but barbaric woman at the front desk. Was on the phone already & unprofessional to not have me wait until she was off but barked at what I wanted. She had no clues on passes, the types, or any other questions I had only "We're going to be strictly business & getting a remodel very soon"(Only time she smiled). I'd like to think hikers in your national parks should be business. Too bad it's the only one out in Sandy.
