Avoid this place. The owner is really helpful but this is more of a long term place. There is a pit bull on the property that bit my dog and snapped at me. If you are looking for RV community this is not the place. Cost me hundreds in vet bills because of an unleashed aggressive dog. Another person said he found the dog with his mouth wired shut.... then he brings the dog to a RV trailer to live full time? I was only there for a week biggest mistake of my life.We do not allow Aggressive dogs and our pet police states "All dogs must be on leash". We are mostly Long-Term RV Community that's clean neat peaceful and quite. But have 4 FHU Spots for our Club Members like Xscapers, Escapees and RVillage. Safe Travels!

I'm new to Full time RV living and I can say that God answered my prayers in finding the RV Spot.The property and sites are well planned, maintained and enjoyable. Very good service with everything I've needed, large and small. Expert advice on all RV topics from warm and friendly ownership. Standards maintained in a make sense manner that keeps the environment clean and accessible for all. I'll be staying here as a result of all the above for a long time. I feel valued and taken care of as a " long term" renter.
