Starving and annoyed writing this outside the “open” location. I placed an order for pickup in the app on my short lunch the round trip takes up 18 minutes of my 30 minute lunch and guess what the lights are off and the doors are locked. Even better I already paid and customer service is closed on weekends. FU guys!!! Thanks for ruining my lunch.

I have avoided trying Jimmy John's because I am stubborn. Had a friend request dinner from here and I decided to join him and he orders here frequently. I got the #5 Vito. Also ordered extra salami on mine for another $4 on top of the $11.95. When I walked to the store itself to tell them what had happened they said they could only credit my friend's account the $4 for the next sandwich. Absolutely awful customer service to a disappointed first time customer as well as a very underwhelming $15.95 sandwich. Clearly they have no cares about trying to keep or impress customers. The register can't even math right either..
