You can got and apply on line atedd.ca.gov or go into the nearest AJCC/One Stop and get assistance applying there, online

I'm trying to certify on the website when I put in my password it's not accepting it. I tried to change my password and the question that they're asking I didn't set for my questions. I need help. Is there any offices open so I can go in for help?
