If there's one thing I really dislike doing is writing a bad review for anyone. As a small business owner myself I always like to highlight and promote the good things of any business. However,..... I would like to know who's running this candy shop? Mark 8 out of 10 times we go there for breakfast there is no decaf coffee.. The young servers don't know how to smile and be polite. I would invite the management team to contact me to discuss some of these issues that we've had over the past 6 months or more. At 1 time there was an older staff on board that did an excellent job. What happened to them?

Worst McDon. Personnel aren’t friendly. Tasteless burgers - like stale, old. Never come back - many food options around. I made a mistake - I should have read review before.

Placed an order using the mobile app. The first issue is not with the store directly but with how McDonald's handles mobile app orders. Once you place an order you can't have them start prepping it until you get to the store. Okay fine I get to McDonald's and click prepare my order. Then I wait 16 minutes to receive my order. The mobile order was a complete waste. So after waiting 16 minutes to get my food I drive home to find out they forgot a sandwich in my order. I go onto the mobile app to request a refund for the missing sandwich. The app says missing food call the store. Tried calling the store directly 5 times and no one picks up.
