Wish they would train there employees a little better. I’m paying for a coffee. Not water with a shot of coffee and two ice cubes. I get it’s normal not to care about your job these days but… c’mon. There’s got to be a silver lining. Is it dirt or is it coffee??

Hit or miss depending on whos working. Sometimes its great, sometimes its not - it's never terrible, but you can still notice shifts in quality day to day.

This is one of the worst Dunkin' locations ever. Extremely slow service and their parking lot is so tiny you can hardly drive a full size SUV or pickup around the building!

So I got halfway through a moldy piece of avocado toast before realizing it had mold. I used the drive through ans had places to be... i called the store... The staff offered to replace my toast with more. I declined... it's the same bread. The staff were friendly but avocado toast isbr cheap... I called corporate and was transfered 3 times.... I was also told this was a high priority case and would be called within a few days, if not immediately, still no call. FYI this was Saturday, the 21st.
