Staff is barely competent. When I went to pick up my 'script they included the wrong medicine. I picked up the correct part of my order then the pharmacist tried to consult with me. Unfortunately, she speaks heavily accented broken English and is very difficult to understand. I really couldn't understand anything she said, but I made the mistake of telling her that. Then the pharmacy clerk said, "Have the kind of day you deserve." When I asked him why he hostile he told me I was rude. After offering me the wrong medicine and then providing me with a person who does not speak intelligible English - Am I the *hole?

This Rite Aid is disgusting inside. There is dirt, dust and cobwebs everywhere near the pharmacy. Heard an employee say this was due to people not wanting to work due to COVID-19 but, that seems like an excuse to me. Basic cleaning near the pharmacy, at minimum, seems medically necessary.
