This El Pollo Loco has their restrooms closed during a pandemic. How are people supposed to wash off Covid-19 from their hands. El Pollo Loco is part of the problem.

No parking around the area, aside from a parking lot charging a $10 flat rate. I originally tried to cancel my order but was told it was not possible. When I arrived to pick up my order after about half an hour of trouble, I was told it got picked up by someone else. I'm not sure why my order was given to someone else who did not have the order number or confirmation code, but the staff told me there was nothing they could do. Then they hung up on me.

I went to this location today. I ordered the 12 piece mix family meal deal which includes: 3 large sides, tortillas and salsa for $35.99. The chicken is very questionable! I had to throw it away because there is no way chicken can be that small. It was definitely a different bird that we were served. Tiny legs, tiny wings and tiny breasts. It says on the menu that the meal feeds 6 but that was literally a portion for 1 person. They packed it so nice with spoons, plates, sauce and the chicken all the way at the bottom so that we wouldn't notice. Will not be returning to this location.

The BRC burrito is the same size as their little little chicken leg with like 3 beans in it and all rice. The chicken is almost burnt. Seriously this place is bad.
