Waited 20 mins for 2 breakfast burritos. Only one drive through lane open during busy breakfast rush! This has to be one of the worst managed McDonald’s in South Carolina!

I pulled up to the drive-thru. It was 10:36 PM and the greeting that I received was thank you for choosing McDonald's sorry you were late getting here see us tomorrow. And your signs and the website state that you're open until 12 AM  Thankfully I had enough time to go to Burger King Where I was greeted and my order was taken promptly and my fries were fresh. Wish I could put a negative stars

Autumn Day

The single best customer service I've received at a McDonald's since the 90s. Customer service has been terrible with McDonald's for so long that I was SHOCKED by someone treating me with a smile and kindness. They actually made me feel good and every item was correct! Thank you Sidel!!

The McDonald's in Fountain Inn has become very frustrating in the AM hours. That's why I only gave 2 stars. They used to reliably be open at 5AM EVERY day, then it changed to 6AM.... Now Today on 4/22/22 I go by at 6:10AM and they still aren't open! This has happened on numerous occasions once I went at 6:30AM and they weren't open!.. Please McDonald's start opening up on time... Or hire people who can be reliable and won't be lazy or hungover so bad they can't get up in the morning! This has become a serious problem. I also wish y'all would go back to opening at 5AM, at least 5:45AM, some people have to be at work early some days and need the open @ 5AM.
