This is a review written just for Jason in paint! He was the most helpful and genuine employee we have dealt with at this Lowes or any Lowes for that matter of fact. If you are looking for paint ask for him, he answered every question we threw his way. He also juggled helping other customers simultaneously that popped up with question. I didn’t see him on any of the employee of the month posters on the way out, and that’s a shame if you ask me.

We were looking for some ideas for the flooring of our patio & Ada was there for the rescue! Ada was extremely helpful, sweet & knowledgeable. She helped us pick out what would be best for us & also assisted us when we weren’t so sure of the measurements of our space. Genuinely such a great person we were so happy to have come across her for some help! Our patio looks beautiful!!

I had a terrible customer service experience recently with the appliance section at Lowe’s. At the end of January 2022I walked in to order a washer and dryer with specific dimensions because my house is small. The associate ordered the wrong washer and dryer that was backlogged until June by mistake. I came in to follow up on that experience with a store manager where she re-ordered yet again the wrong washer and dryer that got delivered to the house. When I came in to speak with an appliance supervisor she informed me that there was nothing else they could do if I wanted to order a different washer and dryer! One of her solutions was to order multiple washers and dryers on my credit card and wait for one of them to be excepted. I don’t know what the policy is surrounding asking customers to purchase thousands of dollars worth of goods in hopes that one of them is available in the warehouse but it is extremely upsetting! At one point the assistant manager tried to accuse me of asking her to order the wrong unit! When a store or organization wrong as a customer multiple times yet does not try to make things right there is a problem! I walked out of Lowe’s today on 15 February 2022 and drove down the street to Best Buy and in five minutes they were able to find the unit I needed and have it delivered to my house within 48 hours. I am very disappointed and frustrated. I called the appliance section to ask them to cancel all orders have the unit in my house picked up and reimburse me all of the money. I then requested a point of contact to discuss my experience with and they said I am welcome to call customer service. The worst Lowe’s experience I have ever had!

I personally don't or have ever worked for lowes, however, I've done plumbing for a number of years. So, in my opinion, to answer your question, my advice to you would be to search they're inventory online and see what they offer at both lowes and home depot as they tend to have the same selection for the most part, minus a few select choices that will differ between the 2 stores inventory. I would do measurements first of the one (i assume) you currently have there now in both height and width, and if possible, depth. Then see what they have that would best fit in its place. You'll save hundreds of dollars alone on doing this that much yourself and selecting the unit yourself as well, and then possibly having a professional come in for installation (assuming you can't do it yourself). However, once you find a unit you feel would be a good swap for the current one, i would branch out your search on prices to get that "best deal" rather than sticking to 2 places only for pricing. You can find a mold test kit usually back by the water filters for the whole house filtration system and the South Tampa Lowe's is on the back wall.
