What a breeze to pick up my rental car. Super friendly people to help you get going. So far I love Napa Enterprise. Loved it.

After going to the location in Santa Rosa the day before, I didn’t get an affordable option that I felt comfortable with. After going into the Napa location, I was greeted by a nice gentleman that I learned had been in this business for several years. We got started looking me up in the system and then went outside to see the inventory available. The first vehicle didn’t really suit me comfortably. For the same amount of money I was shown a Kia K5. I already had had my eye on it but was expecting it to be a much pricier. I felt like my best interest was taken in how the whole process went through.

We booked a reservation 6 months out, only to find out the day of pick up, they don't accept debit cards (which CAN be run as credit!). We were forced to make a last minute reservation with another company costing us hundreds of dollars more. This was our honeymoon and Enterprise has made this an incredible inconvenience. We will never use Enterprise again.

I scheduled in advanced to have an Enterprise rental car meet me at the shop where I was dropping off my car Monday morning. I called several times on the days leading up to confirm my reservation and pick up so that I wouldn’t have to miss more work than was necessary, but the morning of there was no pick up from Enterprise. I called the office multiple times but no one was picking up the phone. I decided to call my dad for a ride across town to the Enterprise on Soscol and when I got there all the agents were calmly helping others around the lot. They had completely forgot about my pickup. I stepped into the office and the phones were ringing off the hook with no one to answer them. I understand the staff is really busy but you can’t leave your customers stranded after committing and not pick up the phone to explain that you’re too busy. All of the agents had calm faces as if ignoring the phone line that was ringing continuously was totally normal and they didn’t care about the customers on the other end, who by the way might be waiting for their rental car to arrive. By the time I was helped the agent was actually pretty nice but still doesn’t override the fact they forgot about me and didn’t seem to care. I ended up getting my car over an hour late, I’ll be looking at another option next time.
