I could not have been more pleased with my scooter rental experience from Yellow Scooters. It was waiting for me when I checked in to my hotel, charged and ready to roll...boy that thing was zippy! I zipped all around for a while but ended up having a problem, it would stop and go and then stopped. It was after 5, but I left a message and received a prompt call back within minutes. We could not figure out the issue by phone, so it was promised a new one would be delivered early the next morning. They were there before the appointed time, and the local guy that brought it, Ray, made sure I had his phone number should I have any issue. They could not have been nicer or more accommodating. I highly recommend them if you are renting in Orlando. That scooter sure saved my knees in a big convention hotel, that I'd never have been able to do the level of walking that would have been necessary. Thanks Yellow Scooters! You were awesome!

Staff was accommodating when making arrangements for pick up or delivery. She said the battery was fully charged when I went to get it, but when I turned it on it showed it was only about 3/4 charged. However, since I only called about 5 hours prior to picking it up, it is understandable that it was partly due to that ( still.. don't say it is, if it isnt or you aren't sure). There was some issue with the scooter that was aggravating as well. It would be fine then suddenly start to die or stop completely. It happenened off and on throughout the day. The first day we thought it was caused by hitting bumps or something which might have made the batteries need to be repositioned or because the battery wasn't charged enough. However, when it started right off the bat the second day (when we were certain it had a full charge) and practically launched me over the front bars when it came to an abrupt stop, we knew it had to be something else. We called the scooter office and they didn't have much advice to offer other than bringing another scooter if it continued. My son then thought it might be the connections so he cleaned the terminals between the cart and batteries with some handsanitizer and napkins and that resolved the issue. Perhaps they need to service their carts somewhat better? I don't know. It was highly frustrating though.

I was going to leave a better review but just got notice that they are adding an extra 50$ to my rental fee. The second day of our trip the key broke off in the scooter. Don’t know why but we could still turn it on so I just kept the scooter and told them about the situation when they picked it up. I won’t be using them again. I usually use Gold Mobility and will stick with them for all future visits.

Just rented from yellow scooters and while the drop off was ok the scooters are not. We rented one for 2 days and both days the battery died after about maybe 4 hours of use and this was turning it off completely to save the battery. Let me tell you pushing one of these through the park is not easy

They are, but they are a complete ripoff the scooters are junk and they don't stand behind their product. Find another company.
