NOT A GOOD EXPERINCE - I ordered two pairs of glasses to the UK. They arrived without protection packaging and therefore were damaged and unusable. I received the order 20 days ago and have sent several emails since for a returns form and postage stamp and have had no response. Both pairs of glasses were bent, crushed and broken, due to careless / non existent protection on an international delivery.. I am still awaiting their response and thought a review may speed them up..

This place is a cannabis dispensary. Many people find that they experience a greater sense of empathy for others, higher intuition, or simply feel more "connected" to the mystery of life while using cannabis. I think the name Solful speaks to that experience. As a business, I find their approach to customer service tries to embody that soulfulness as well.
Last time I asked they said no but they are working towards a recycling program.
