My daughter went to Golden oldies to look at purchasing a car. This is her very first car. We had Deanna as the sales rep and she was awesome. She showed us cars that were in her budget. Within maybe 2 hours she was calling us back to come pick up the car. She also works with a insurance guy who helped get everything together on a Sunday. I must say if we get any more vehicles we will be coming back. Not only was the whole experience good they also offer warranty's on their cars. For me it's the reassurance that she has a good running car to bring my grandson places. I want to say thank you so much for helping my daughter get into her 1st car. She loves it...

11 Month Update: Although I don't drive as much as I used to, my Mazda is still in excellent condition; No Mechanical issues post sale. Mazda Service reported it to be in excellent clean condition for the year. Fantastic experience with Jim Hays. The prices and cost were all disclosed up front and on the phone per my request, unlike the last 3 big label dealers I worked with, the price I got on the phone was the same as when I got there (and the exact same as out the door). The dealer fee is reasonable as opposed to the 'big name dealer" fees, making their reasonable prices that much more attractive. No fake "big pressure" tactics here either. I was really impressed with the selection of vehicles. Overall, incredibly positive experience, with great people who will treat you decently. I definitely highly recommend this dealership.
