Been coming here for a while, will not be returning. Used to be able to make an AM oil appointment and get your car in a reasonable amount of time. Now the man at the counter says “we’ll squeeze it in when we can” despite having made an appointment. Lack of forthcoming with regard to timeline is unprofessional. Will seek business elsewhere. Additionally, the man at the counter was inattentive and dismissive before even being able to get to the point; I understand you have a friend in the lobby, but perhaps you should speak directly to customers when they ask for your attention.

Appointments make are to confirm a tome and a schedule, make a appointment and make it a point to confirm you are waiting and they advise you should have made arrangements to drop it off and leave it. 3 hours for a oil change is crazy. Also they have a attitude about it when you tell them you can’t wait that long. I will never come here and will tell anyone not to come to this facility.

Went to get an emergency tire change at 5PM for one of my technicians on the side of sawgrass in the rain and the front desk person was giving excuses why it couldn't be done before even saying hello or giving a tire size. Continued with excuses after looking at the tire size which he did have in-stock but he "only had 1 tech and he was leaving at 6pm"....So why are you open till 7pm... Went to pep boys and they changed the tire before the paper work was even done. Oh forgot to add we have a fleet account so I will be sure to close that and take my business else where.

I went to this tire shop last week Monday to make an appointment for later in the week. First of all, when I stepped into the shop, it took them more than ten minutes to even acknowledge my presence. Then someone named Jeff told me that I cannot make an appointment because they were having some sale and the shop would be swamped. I thought that was the reason for an appointment but oh well. Then he told me that I just need to come in early because the technicians start leaving at 4-5. Since Thursday is my day off, I decided to go in early Thursday morning of this week. I get there at 7:28am (the shop opens at 7am). I am then told that I have to drop off the vehicle because there are lot of vehicles before me and he has only one technician. Various excuses, two out, one in the hospital, etc. Since I had no one to pick me up I told him I would just wait. Saw couple high end vehicles pull up after me and get serviced. Heard him tell more than one person that he got them in because he “moved a couple of things around”. Hmmm. While I was waiting, there was an elderly Spanish guy also waiting. He was called and he was told by Jeff that his car, among other things, needed brakes. Not sure if the guy did not have the $$ or he didn’t fully understand, but he left. Then I heard Jeff literally refer to this man as a “f*#*ing piece of s*^t”. And he hopes that he never “f*^*ing comes back here”. He was mumbling other stuff. Really hope all of that wasn’t because the man was Latino. Piece of advice : never insult your customers when there are other customers present. Not a very good look. I am never going to use this Tires Plus again!! That man is a literal disgrace.
