Royal is the perfect descriptor for this nail salon. Kim was absolutely fantastic, she obviously cares about each and every customer that walks in to the location. I’ve never felt more pampered, and I didn’t have to ask for anything, it was all offered and provided. Amazing. This a a hidden gem in Santa Rosa, I will only come here from now on. Thank you to the wonderful staff here!

Excellent pedicure. She even added acrylic to my broken toe nail. The massage almost put me to sleep. However, they left to eat in the back room while my toes were drying and forgot about me...

I wanted acrylic nails with chrome. They looked really good at first. I had noticed one nail chipped that same day. The next day the chrome was chipping even more. The lady that did my nails rushed the process. I don’t think she even put a top coat on. I went back asking if they can fix it. I had a different lady this time. The chrome wasn’t the same which I was ok with at first, however she didn’t blend the chrome in. She did a HORRIBLE job. My nails looked 10x worse than when I first got them done. Another thing that was odd was the lady that did my nails the first time was hovering over the other seeing and asking what she was doing while putting on the new coat of chrome. When she’s the one that originally rushed my full set. They didn’t charge me thankfully, but I will not be returning. I’m better off painting my own nails or going to a more high end nail salon that actually takes their time and doesn’t mess up your nails even more. Waste of my money.
