Pretty good gym. It's got everything to get the job done. Recently they've added new workout machines, rebranding their image from the purple and green colors to more solid colors. I like the direction it's going.

On July 10th 2020 I spoke to Monique from my Youfit club, about placing my yearly membership on hold due to the covid situation. I was told that there was no way in the system to place a yearly membership on hold, but that she was going to suspend my membership locally and update the note in the Youfit system, furthermore I was told that when I'm ready to reactivate my membership, simply call or pass by and request that my membership be activated. On March 23, 2021 I stopped by the gym to request the reactivation of my membership, and i was told by the supervisor that Monique is no longer with them and that Monique had no authority to do what she did, in addition, she explained to me that my membership had expired and that in order to return to the gym a new membership contract had to be signed. What really bothers me is not the money, but the principal in back of this whole situation. Not only was I totally misled by one of their own reps, but they didn't even make an effort of finding a fair solution to the problem. At this point I refuse to associate with an organization that condones this type of abusive and unfair practices on their customers.

I been coming to this gym for the past 6 years and today they revoked my membership for no reason at all they told me and i quote " you put your mask down too many times" they didn't give me any warnings or anything. If you are reading this let me tell you this is the worst youfit location you can go to. They have the worst of worts employees they dont help you at all and they are super rude with their members. I would recommend you to go to another gym i think LA Fitness or planet fitness is a much better option If they treat a member of 6 years this way that says a lot about them. Hope this was helpful

So far, we are really happy with our experience. The facility is clean, the weights are always stacked where they are supposed to. The personnel is friendly and helpful. The machines are well kept and modern. I was a member of LA for 15 years and a bit scared of changing. Decided to change when I realized the branch I go to wasn't reinforcing Covid policies and I felt uneasy about it. Happy I took a chance!

It is open 24/7 always. The schedule changed by the irra hurracan. Return to your regular schedule.
