The best Pollo Tropical I've eaten from. All the food was fresh and the chicken was sooo juicy, well-seasoned and not burnt! I feel like this is what Pollo Tropical tasted like when the franchise first started. The drive-thru moved smoothly, service was excellent. There is a Pollo half a mile from my home but the service and food are so terrible, drove miles out of my way to try this one. Thank goodness I did. It was worth it!

Unfortunately I have been here several times and feel like they can never get my order right. After waiting in a very very long line I am always told they are out of several items when I go to place my order. No yellow rice last time I went and no balsamic tomatoes... I could not even get out of the drive-through without going all the way through and wasted 40 minutes of my time. And the time before that it was a very similar situation and I had to return after getting all the way home with the wrong order. The manager was not very helpful and not apologetic she exchanged my order and gave it to me but was quite cold. Not the way it is supposed to be. The food is tasty I must add however this location is not the best.

If you need to order from this location make sure to never make it online. We placed an online order that was supposed to be ready at 5:07 and didn't receive it until 40 minutes later. 20 minutes into waiting we asked about our order and found out they were ignoring all the mobile orders completely. The food might be good but it is not worth the lack of respect and cleanliness of the workers and the restaurant.
