Nobody answers the phone. I need to know if a notary is in today. There is no option in the robotic voice menu or the website to find that out. My only option is to make an automated appointment, then spend an hour to go over in person just to ask this question and be told “sorry no notary today”. Now, at some point the social media PR intern will reply to this review and tell me how sorry she is and that Wells Fargo strives to do better. But that is all talk — they make no effort to change their abusive business practices.

I've been calling since yesterday, no one answers the phone, poor customer service overall. I applied for a credit card here twice, and they never called to say if I was approved or denied, I had to go to the bank in person to find out they just deny it but don't tell you anything but run your credit and make hard inquiries....... unprofessional people working on low salary doing mediocre job.... Good luck in another branch!

I'm not sure what's happening with Wells Fargo however, they need to step up the customer service. We've been a loyal customer for well over a decade. At some point service to commitment should supersede policy. It takes forever to win a customer over and only seconds to loose one. We are on our way out of the door. BTW, I've been sitting in the lobby waiting to see someone for an hour. Unacceptable. I'm sorry but, you can not treat everyone the same.

I had to wait for the teller to come back from lunch to do my transaction! Apparently they only had one computer that could perform my transaction! I spoke to the branch manager and she said "yes unfortunately you are going to have to wait for the teller to come back from lunch" I have never seen anything like this, even in the smallest town!!!!!
