Ordered a Strawberry Hulk and it tasted super watery, the texture was not solid either. Normally at other smoothie king location I order the same for years. I know the taste and texture. First and last time I go to this location. I was inside when they were making it. They added a lot of ice and water and when it came to strawberries, they went cheap and only add very little. Hence why the smoothie taste like ice and water and no strawberry flavor same with texture. They are so cheap in adding the correct recipe ingredients: Paid close to $10 for basically water and ice with some pink color. Very disappointed. They should be ashamed to scam customers like that.

I walked in at 8:30pm, for 1 smoothie. I was not greeted, the 1st employee was on her personal cell phone, taking money and washing dishes(unsanitary) and working very slowly. The 2nd employee (who made all the smoothies alone) did not know how to manage the amount of orders they had and together they made a poor team. I waited 30 minutes for one smoothie. (I had to renew my paid parking it took so long) The business could use a deep cleaning and more staff to assist with customers. Overall, l will not return to this location.

Has to be the worst managed Smoothie King I’ve been to. Every single time I’ve ever placed an order here (5 times now) it hasn’t even been started by the stated pickup time. Not once. And never because they are actually a busy location - always because the staff seems incompetent to handle even the basics of this (very simple & straightforward) business. They’ve made more mistakes than I could recount on individual drinks; the place is never clean, and the staff never has any clue about what is going on. This really will be the last time I visit - it’s just not worth the mistakes/hassle/bad timing/bad experience even though the next closest Smoothie King is nowhere near as convenient.

Fridays are the only days we prefer to go now, after having to spend $37 on 2 drinks Mon-Thursday for our regulars with additional nutrition. Great concept but slick with the additional sliding scale of added healthy goodness
