My stay was excellent and I enjoyed this hotel. First, I was traveling alone initially and my stay here was for 68 days. The room was very clean and smelled good. This hotel has an indoor pool, basketball court, a barbecue pit, and 24 hour fitness room. Every Wednesday evening, they have a social hour that serves free drinks and food. There are four people that stood out to me. Jimmy (front desk) was always polite and spoke to me everyday. Anytime I called the front desk, he answered the phone professionally and brought items to my room quickly. When my family came to visit, he was friendly with my children and the quickly notice that he was a kind person. Jimmy was always at the desk when I walked to the entrance. Excellent staff Colleen (front desk) was nice and remember me quickly. She always spoke to me and as I left to work say “have a good day”. She answered questions and was always busy taking care of business. Esthella & Faron (housekeeping) were outstanding and went above send beyond their call of duty. They were professional and nice. Always asking if we needed anything. The were detailed in their cleaning and address any issues we had. I have 4 children so when they came to stay with me I needed my services and they made the necessary adjustments.

Get ready cause getting housekeeping to clean you room is near damn impossible. Hotel is nice but and in a good location but stayed here for an extended period of time and didn't get my room clean for over 2 weeks. It was such a hassle calling every week and sometimes not even getting service after being told they were coming up. Management very poor since I wrote to the GM and she never responded back. Will not be staying here any time in the near future.

While the bed was very comfortable, there were items in the room that seemed not to have been dusted in yrs. The breakfast buffet was very disappointing, very limited items to choose from. Potatoes weren't all the way cooked. I've come to expect more from hilton brand, but this particular one didn't do it for me.

The bed was very comfortable and the suite was nice except for the noise of the toilet flush. A few disappointments spoiled our stay. The lack of carts and no way to obtain the use for one in reasonable time, I tried for 40 minutes. The exercise room and hallways are dirty: mirrors and windows disgustingly dirty in the exercise room and the two clocks in that room were dead. There were no towels and no way to clean my sweat off the items that I used; not a good practice for any gym. Our room had things in the dishwasher when we arrived. it took a while to discover why these items were "missing" and I wasn't sure that they had been washed. Also, the climate control for our room should have come with some instructions. It was set for heat but became unbearably warm until I set the control for cool with continuous fan (not automatic). If you explain the best settings for comfortable climate it would have helped immensely. Also, the supply of some breakfast food had run out at 9:30AM. I sampled the sausage and eggs but they were terrible - tasted like they had been overcooked and sitting for 24 hours. The apple I tasted was soft and near to spoilage, clearly way past edible.
