My husband and I buy storage units either abandoned or at auction. We purchased a unit at this Public Storage facility, like we have done several times in the past. I am no stranger to palmetto bugs, I am a native Floridian. This unit was absolutely disgusting with roaches. Every time we moved anything inside the roaches scattered. Unfortunately just about everything in this unit had to be taken to the waste facility. Please be aware if you are thinking of renting a unit here, they don’t care if there are roaches. The lady in the front office laughed when we told her they roaches were horrible. Then she said, yep they will be in all my other units now too. I am writing this post to make anyone aware, they don’t care even if someone BLATANTLY has proof of the infestation. We will never bid on another unit at this facility. We have done several at other Public Storage facilities as well a couple other units at this one. A couple bugs is one things but THOUSANDS is a totally different situation. Anyone on the section E row needs to check their units ASAP. We couldn’t stop the bugs from going into other units. The staff didn’t care. Just sad.

Ms. Diana at the front was more than helpful. She took the time to explain all the info to my wife, and is more than willing to go above and beyond to help us any time we go to visit.

I just want to say that I'm truly flabbergasted at how nice and personable the staff is here. My brother and I just cleaned out two units at this facility and not only did they work with us on the time Diana personally helped me figure out a dilemma with finishing out my job on time and with as little expense as possible. She greeted me with a smile and had me giggling before I stepped foot out of her office. If every facility had someone like her then life would be a lot happier and less stressful. Thank you so much for a lovely experience.
