My order is always wrong. From completely wrong name on the order and wrong restaurant, to wrong items from the restaurant, missing items, etc. Always something. Today I was literally told "I don't know what to tell you." Wow. That's helpful. It will be ANOTHER hour now for us to get our correct order. Far too expensive a service to not even have a requirement to check the order before leaving the restaurant. Just horrible.

Worst delivery service in Chattanooga. I ordered at 5:55 and at 6:46 I get a call that the driver is at the restaurant and it is closed. Okay, maybe not totally their fault, but I'm told if I place another order, they will waive the delivery fee and get it to me fast. Well that certainly did not happen. I placed a new order at 6:53 for a 7:30 delivery time. At 7:19 I call bc the tracker is saying it will arrive at 8:25. They said their tracker is inaccurate (what's the point!?!) and they will dispatch to another drive and it will be to me within 20 minutes tops. I asked if she could guarantee this because I was leaving the location at 7:45. She said yes. Within 5 minutes the driver had been changed again and was still saying after 8:00 arrival. I literally called the restaurant, placed the same order and drove to go pick it before their driver got to the restaurant. When I asked the restaurant about the DD order, they said it had been sitting there FOREVER. Who wants food that has been sitting for almost an hour? In the end, the order did in fact arrive after 8p, I was gone and had to go back and get it later to throw it away. And my card was still charged for the full order with delivery fee.

Food order received by them at 6:30. The email indicated that the driver was leaving the restaurant at 7:20. So, not awesome but ok so far. The restaurant is less than 5 miles from my house. The food was not delivered until about 8pm so our food was cold. Of course, I called a couple of times and they gave me half off but this is just typical of their service. Their tracker on their app isn’t accurate per their own admission and there are constantly problems. We always try to support local but this company has continually delivered sub-par service. The national company we use otherwise has an accurate tracker and the service is faster and much more reliable. I won’t use them again- I could have gotten food faster from one of their competitors even if the restaurant was farther away. I tried them one last time tonight because this restaurant is not with other deliverers. Again, sadly, this is just the latest example of how bad they are.

Naked Wood

Ordered from Big River in Hamilton. Big river has always had excellent service and food. Our meal was far from this. The delivery was 45 past the late time. The salad was soggy and our Mac and cheese an pretzel bites were frozen. In addition to the cold food which I could have lived with our pretzel bites only came with 4 pretzels instead of the normal 8. I would never use this service again and I will highly recommend to any friend that they never use this.
