I do not recommend this campground!! Campers are packed in very close together. Therefore, you do not have any privacy. It is a ran down facility. There are no grass for your fubabies to go. Wifi that is supposedly given with rent is horrible.. so do not depend on wifi here! The electric is at least $100 per month although most campers use more propane than electricity. Choose a different campground if possible.

He told me it was $325.00 plus electric. And $505.00 to move in? OK I payed the $505.00 Then the next month it was $497.00 There's no way my electric was $172.00 He never shows a electric bill so how are you to know if it's right. So we pulled out. And the camper kept sinking in the soft ground.

He is usually here in the am til around noon .. We live here an have for the past 6 months . Its not a bad place , just is a little hard to catch him here . We have full hook ups an he also has a bathhouse with laundry ...Sorry but not really sure what he charges weekly , everyone usually pay monthly . It starts at 300 a month , an u pay ur own electric. Water is furnished. An he has trash pick up ...
You would have to talk to Charlie he is the owner but it's usually about 285 a month plus electrical
