They were wonderful! There was a man standing outside by the machine, and he helped us every step of the way. He was very patient with us (having never been there and not knowing how it works). They have buckets with brushes set up along the drive in toward the car wash. If your car is super gross, like ours was, you can stop and brush off the worst of it before the car wash. He suggested we do that, and helped us exit the lane to get there. He even walked back over to let us know we did a good job brushing and were ready for the car wash. He then met us at the machine to set up the car wash and did it for us, and reminded us that we could use the parking spaces after the wash where they have rags and bottles of cleaner, as well as vacuum hoses on both sides of the car. And that nice man met us over there after the car wash to show us where to find the rags and to let us know it's all included in the wash. It's a great setup and really nice people!

Patric runs a great store. Even though this car wash is shorter than Cookeville the results are better. Keep up the good work and I’ll keep coming.

I have always loved this car wash! Last time I went I needed to change my subscription and Conner was very helpful and very nice! He was very patient with me and made sure I knew all of my options. I will continue to use this car wash and ask for Conner if I have any questions!
