The parking situation is horrible, the apartments are falling apart. The landlord has favorites and if you are not one of them you will be targeted for harassment. The outside of the apartments are nasty. Overall not a place I would recommend to anybody else.

It's a nice place, ppl here are very nice but I wish that they allowed pets. I dont think it's right for everyone to pay for the stupid decision of one person. They should have at least said only one pet allowed. Service pets are allowed and the ones who already had pets before this new rule started can keep their pets.

I loved it here. If ever I return to Dayton, My family and I will get a place here. Neighbors are nice and manager is great.

It can be difficult in different circumstances but yes there are income restrictions. However most of the time it just depends. You can always call or go there and ask the manager. But the apartments are really nice.
