This place is disgusting, poorly managed and a huge waste of money. The maintenance team will not fix any of your stuff. There is roaches throughout the building and it is just overall a terrible place to live. If you're looking for a home look anywhere else please.

Do not move here! Rent is too high for there to be so many maintenance issues from elevators not working, pool/gym almost always closed, garage collapsing, dry wall, AC…etc. I DONT KNOW WHY they have us paying so much for rent with all these issues. Please save your money and move else where.

Yes, please believe the “bad reviews” for those choosing to stay here. As with any place there are pros and cons. I’ll keep this short- the management that took over in January 2021 are horrific. Be prepared for overpriced units that are outdated; non-working elevators constantly, filthy stairwells, thin walls you can hear a mouse tap dance, & unprofessional staff (except for Jane & Carolyn). Please know your tenant rights with every respective place you encounter, especially with this place since Kim (supposedly acting Lease Support) gives nothing but negative attitudes and evictions. There’s a reason they cannot keep a Property Manager! Maintenance: they’re “okay” considering the new changes with management. You have to constantly follow up with them even after submitting a ticket. Daniel was “flexible” trying to have a technician fix my issues while I was home (don’t trust nobody to be in my place when I’m not there). The coined machines break down often too. The only good about this place would be the proximity to grocery stores, library and local businesses. It’s still not enough for these overpriced and outdated units with everything always broken. The funds are heavily misplaced with this place (which someone needs to look into because it’s ridiculous). Again, I was there for over a year and that’s due to fact that I was stuck paying a month to month lease (couldn’t find anyplace else during covid). We’re all just trying the best we can during these uncertain times! They need to switch to a more empathetic, professional, and flexible management team.

I am in my second year of living here. It isn't horrible, but it isn't great either. I have lived in a lot of apartments before, and community living will never be 100% pleasant. You have to know going into it that sharing walls with others and living in a community, not everything is going to be all cotton candy and rainbows. Things break...just like in a home. Cons: my neighbor above me walks like a 15000 lb elephant and shakes the walls, there are the same loud people outside who rev their engines every night and are super obnoxious , the elevator will randomly not work, the 1 out 2 washing machines on my floor is broken and has been for some time. It is taking months for it to be fixed. The washing machines are also pretty gross..not kept up well as far as cleaning and maintenance. Makes you wonder if your clothes are truly getting clean. My car was broken into in the garage that I pay $50 extra for a month. When I told the apartment manager, and asked for her to check the cameras she told me their cameras don't work. That's really disturbing to me. What if a major crime, or incident happened down there? Working cameras are so important to have, and charging 50$ a space....the complex should have the funds to "fix" them. All of these things have been reported The good things are....Maintenance team seems to be on it when I have reported stuff. They usually fix things in my apartment within 1-2 days of me reporting it. That is impressive for a large community. My neighbors in my hallway are all pretty pleasant. Have never had an issue with anyone. Most are quiet and keep to themselves. They have a secure package room for all packages to be left in to avoid packages being stolen. The hours aren't the greatest but its better than nothing. Water, sewer, trash and gas are all included in rent which I like a lot too. Less bills I need to worry about (so when people complain about the price being too high, remember to factor those all in) Overall, when it was time to renew my lease..I did. Mainly because moving is a huge hassle, and my little apartment is cozy at the end of the day. Most apartment complexes have issues. None are perfect
