What a fantastic buying experience today for me and my 7 year old daughter. We first called to make an appointed the day before and spoke to the owner Lyndsey. Super friendly and helpful! The next day we arrived and we're not disappointed. Lyndsey made the experience easy and enjoyable. She is filled with knowledge and true experience. I went here about a month ago and let me tell you...The owner was amazing. My appointment started on time. She must have brought out about 8 pairs of skates to try on. Luckily I found 2. This was the best customer experience I have ever had in my life and it really means a lot when someone takes time and explains everything to your understanding. I will be back and I definitely will recommend this shop!!!!

My wife and I went there about a month ago. It was by appointment only. Also, only 1 family was aloud in the shop at a time. The owner wore her mask the whole time as did my wife and I. This woman really runs a 5 star operation and is very customer focused. We drove almost 2 hours to get there and I would drive double that just to receive the level of customer service she provided.

Yup! It's an easy switch and a lot of people have one set of skates with two sets of wheels. For most skates all you need is a 1/2" socket wrench to take the nuts off the wheel axles. You may also need a bearing puller tool if you plan to switch the bearings between each set of wheels, but most skaters opt to have a set of bearings for each set of wheels to avoid the extra work of switching bearings when they want to switch wheels.
