I frequent this store often and love their selection and servicebut today was definitely different. I came in and no one was there to ring me out so I waited the young lady their was great and very kind and apologetic. However, when the guy came back from getting food. There was no, "sorry for your inconvenience" no, "i apologize for the wait". Instead, he said "oh well, she better be lucky we didnt lock the door. Highly irritated, i reminded him that i definitely could have went up the street. This guy was clearly new but rude none the less. I definitely feel a way.

I come there every day I'm very known for getting my lashes there every day everyone it's always nice the owners the workers they always work with you no matter what they have everything I always need for my hair and my lashes my nails down to my accessories me and my daughter we live in the store go there for your hair supplies
