This Place is Tried to Destroy who I am as a person, Their system will Never Be fare to you; Somebody without Credible Credentials is In control of Productivity. It'll constantly want you to go faster and get more and more productivity, Adhd Will not help, No Drug, No Sleep Schedule Nothing! (12/14Hr Shifts all Year) This place has so much work and such lack of GREAT management; A lot of higher ups are completely Oblivious and Jaded in love with the Warehouse Managers, Some lies have to be going on here. My friend that worked on the ReachForklift Lost his Two Feet and a couple fingers, They act tough on safety but choose the wrong people to be on certain machinery. Medline Industries has to be a sister company to something so much bigger, Because they infiltrate the community (Rialto/Fon) and offer Healthcare, and Benifits you really could get yourself if they payed enough, This job has Very Little chance of Promotion past Lead! BEAWARE:: Disasters are Imminent at this Job! PHYSIOLOGICALLY their Amounts of Mandatory Overtime will have you in Managements control in no time. 12/14 shifts Medline claims to not Allow Management to Worker Relationships but its going on here!

They need to get rid of night supervisor, and I think the know who I'm talking about, to many employees have been leaving this company due to this individual and nothing gets done about it, they just say they will investigate, that's not enough, my son left this company because of him, he loved his job and would have stayed longer, but he chose to leave, because of this supervisor at night, he's rude, has no respect to the employees, verbal abuse, and lots more, no employee should have to take abuse like that from supervisors, it's just sad that this company is loosing employees because of this supervisor it makes there company look bad,.
