Really not educated on todays styles. We asked before we started that we wanted layers and curtain bangs. And they were like “sure” “yes that’s easy” They didn’t know what I wanted. Both ladies who cut our hair just had no idea about curtain bangs. I have to go home and fix our hair cuts. It’s fine if you don’t know just be honest

I’m gonna start by saying how disappointed I am with this place. I am new to the area and was looking for a barbershop to get my haircut and beard trimmed. I called a few places, Great Clips was the closest place that was open on Sunday. The girl I spoke with over the phone told me they were having a promotional deal that was ending on Sunday so I decided to go with them. Sunday morning I showed up for my haircut, I was the first one there by the time they open the doors it was quite a few people waiting outside. They let us in, I got checked in and rushed to a chair very quickly, the lady asked how I wanted my haircut. I thoroughly and clearly explain to her that I wanted a nice feed for the haircut and to trim up my beard just a tiny bit. She said OK OK as if she understood clearly what I wanted, giving me the impression that she is an expert. She began to take off my hair with the clippers pressing ever so gently, I thought maybe she has a different technique than what I’m used to. Everything happened very quickly by the time she was done my beard was completely uneven the haircut was far from decent. When I asked her to straighten out my beard she began to take off more of it to even it out leaving me with very very short beard and the worst haircut I have ever gotten in my entire life. Maybe somebody else would’ve done a better job but from the looks of it everybody was in a rush to get to the next customer. Great Clips, if you’re going to have a promotional deal to draw in customers do a good job so they can return.
