I ordered something online for in-store pickup since I needed it immediately and could stop by on my way home. The older lady up front thought I was talking about a UPS order and called a young man to come up and help her, even though I told them they were misunderstanding me. The young man was very dismissive and told me they can't search order numbers and they might not have my order until a day later, even though I received the email and text saying it was ready and this is supposed to be an item that was in stock and reserved for me up front. Their customer service was terrible and no one apologized for the inconvenience, so I didn't bother with another CVS location and went to Walgreens instead where I was able to remain in my car and get my order promptly. I'm even more disappointed because I had a coupon specifically for CVS, so this meant paying full price at Walgreens, but it was worth it to have better service and be treated like a valued customer.

Scheduled a COVID PCR lab test for a foreign trip. I needed the test to be within 72 hours of my flight but didn't receive the CVS results until 75 hours after my test. I imagine the fault was with Quest Diagnostics and not with CVS but I would definitely recommend going somewhere else if you need results within the 72 hour window.

This location is disorganized, has a lot of clutter and dirty. I left film to be developed. Was told that it would be ready in 7-10 days. Returned on day 11 and found out they never sent it. Their film cabinets do not have locks on them and photo area is dirty and unacceptable. Pharmacy folks are always nice and professional, but they are severely understaffed. I have seen customers get upset because of long wait times, wrong orders, and miscommunication between customer and pharmacist to the point were an employee began to cry. They are good people but they need more staff and hours at pharmacy. Front of the store is just bad.
