I accrued 218 points, and I attempted to redeem my points for a medium two topping pizza. I recently stayed at an air bnb in town and ordered pizza from another location nearby. I forgot to change the location when I ordered and ended up redeeming my points at the wrong location! Thankfully the manager on duty, Mike was super cool about it, totally understood my self-induced predicament and comped the pizza for me! The only thing better than the pizza here, is the service. Mike you deserve a raise!

I ordered a pizza to be delivered on Monday July 11 from the Pizza Hut on federal road, not only was the pizza order wrong it was delivered cold. I was told pizza would be delivered by 12: 30 and it was delivered closer to 1:15 pm. I called to complain but the person that answered the phone was clueless.I told him I would contact their corporate office.

The Pizza was delicious. It was hot an a lot of topping. The lady was very nice.

Ordered curbside here. The pizzas were good. I was more annoyed that on the confirmation email they don't say curbside pick up is through the drive thru. I waited ten minutes and then walked up to the door where they had a small paper which said what to do.
