Air condition not working. No cool air. Over 90 outside. No written instructions for tv or internet. Offered to give us another room but companion was walking with cane and room was real close to vehicle so said no. Housekeeping could not understand when we asked for toilet tissue. Brought us towels

At first it was great the guy online I booked with assured me it was a pet friendly hotel as I had my tiny pup with me in her puppy box. Then while we were out they went into our room without permission and way before check out time that is a violation of our privacy! I could tell they looked around in our room because stuff was moved. I confronted the lady at the desk and she said yes my manager did and he has the right to. I got mad because this is wrong! If I could give zero stars I would! We paid extra for a late check out. They locked us out of our room because I had to pay a $30 fee for Mt 2lb pup in her puppy box which was np it was just the way they treated us it wasn't like they didn't have my credit card on file for the deposit!

Rooms are really clean. Service was good, what else can I ask? I came with my girlfriend and she is really picky on those things 🙄 so since the moment she liked it, it's a 5/5 lol
