It is indeed an outstanding natural area! 7 dollars to enter but for a 3 day pass so you can come back within 3 days without paying again. Well worth the walk down and back up the stairs to check out the tide pools by the ocean. Really peaceful place to come spend some time and incredibly beautiful.

A beautiful place to explore with family and friends. If you are taking car, there is. $7 entry fee that gives you 3 days to come back. $10 covers some additional destinations for next 5 days. The day we went it closed at 5 pm.

Beautiful area and light house! Got to walk and see the light house up close and took a nice walk down to cobble Beach below. Be prepared for some stairs when you walk down to the beach from the parking lot! And it's 'cobble' beach, so it's a rocky beach but very cool and I love the sounds of the waves on the rocks it's so soothing!

This area is brilliant. Your visit will likely begin at the visitor center which offers amazing insight into he headland, the lighthouse and the wildlife that lives there. The lighthouse movie is well worth watching. The center has a great gift shop, good facilities and plenty of helpful staff. The lighthouse is closed for covid, but you can still walk to it, and around it. The area itself is wonderful and should be visited if you're in the area.

Yes. The dogs (pets) are not to be allowed near the base of the lighthouse, however. There are posted signs that will inform you of where you must stop if you have pets. On leash only as well.
