If you cannot fulfill online orders, do not take online orders. Ordered something for my husband over a month ago, still has not shipped or made any movement in the delivery process. reporting business as fraudulent, and what a very disappointing first impression. Scam of a business sadly. ******UPDATE: 6 months later and still no refund or item sent or update or response from owner. This company is a scam for sure.

Yours Truly Clothing has screwed over hundreds of customers with online orders. It’s not right to operate a brick and mortar and fail to respond to online customer complaints and orders. This company has 200+ public complaints from consumers through the Better Business Bureau. Much love for the artist, but management and operations are unprofessional and unreliable, at least for online customers.

disappointed. i ordered a shirt and a hoodie. the shirt was fine but the hoodie came with a huge hole in it. i reached out to customer service and i got no response. reached out again a month later and no response. i dmed them on instagram and nothing! will not be purchasing again.

Hey y'all, I hope everyone continues to wait for their items, I contacted a creative director of this brand and she was extremely helpful. I was waiting on my items for a month and was worried about being scammed when there wasn't a shipping label created. I was at the point of disputing the transaction with my bank after going back and forth with customer service. Low and behold I came across the creative director and decided to email her, there is still hope! She said she would overnight my items, I'm so glad that my issue was resolved and my faith restored.
