We were referred to O’Connor Animal Hospital by a friend who rescues animals. Dr. Kang is an exceptional veterinarian who puts the needs of the pet (and pet parents) first. His ability to make you feel heard, communicate complex medical terms practically, and his confidence in laying out action plans is truly amazing. Our Romeo (Pomeranian with various health conditions) is in the very best hands with Dr Kang and his amazing staff. If you considering O’Connor for your whole family’s veterinary needs- look no further. We drive a great distance because this team, in our option, is the very best in DFW.

I loved the fact I got the appointment same day, but my cat was very sick, and I wish I could have taken her to them right away (please welcome walk-ins). Overall, a big thanks to them for treating her. She is doing better now because of them.

Hands down the best vet I’ve taken my cats to. Dr. Kang very quickly identified that my cat had allergies, whereas a prior vet kept giving him steroid shots because he didn’t know what was wrong. We did an allergy test (which was very expensive, but worth it) and found that my cat was allergic to wheat, soy, and pork. Since we have remove these items from his diet he has not had a single flareup! For our other cat, the previous vet had to sedate him to give him any kind of shots or to weigh him. Dr. Kang’s team uses hawk gloves and a EZ Nabber to work with him and they have not had to sedate him (huge relief!).

We were recommended O'Connor Animal Hospital by a family friend, and we're so glad that we stopped by. We recently adopted Abby, so we brought her in to be seen by Dr. Kang. He was very professional, flexible, and understanding of our situation! The staff members were also very nice and patient. I didn't get a photo of the lobby or exterior, but it's overall a lot larger and nicer than I thought. Great doctor, great staff, and a great facility!
