Check in was quick and easy, the young man at the destination was very friendly and informative. As always our room was clean and beds super comfy. Breakfast was a little different this year d/t covid but we were still served a fantastic buffet breakfast with a huge selection of bacon,sausage, potatoes, eggs, pancakes, biscuits and gravy plus the continental things like cereal, muffins and pastries. We always enjoy our time with the indoor heated pool!

Quality Inn staff were very friendly, helpful, fast, and professional. The a/c and the refrigerator in our room were both cold, everything worked as it should, bed and pillows were comfortable, shower worked well, room appeared clean. The location was great, near Wal Mart and several nice restaurants. The decor in the motel was nice. The parking was easy to use with decent sized spaces and room to maneuver. The breakfast, because of Covid, was carry-out, which was better for my husband and me, and it was delicious with hearty choices. We were assigned a room on a corner, also nice, because we had to travel separately in two vehicles and meet at the motel; and parking was directly in front of our room. Now for the cons. There was a visible gap under the door which allowed insects to enter and they did, even after I tried to plug the gap with a towel and washcloth, which was left in a bundle on the shower floor (possibly clean and dropped by accident). The worst for us was that we each had a service dog and had to walk close to a block and a half behind the motel to find grass for the dogs to use to potty. The painfully barbed stickers in the grass surrounding the motel gathered in clusters in our dogs' feet, keeping them from begin able to walk without limping and unfortunately made them fear the grassy areas. This is not a small matter because I have stepped on those stickers myself and do not exaggerate. However, were the motel able to assure me the grass had been treated, I would definitely be willing to stay there again. So, if you have no dogs, no worries, to be fair it was a decent motel and deserves your business. As I have found, there is always something to criticize. I am only giving an honest review.

The room was decent, no better than you would expect, but not bad. Billing and customer service on the other hand were a nightmare. They charged the wrong card, AND the right one, it took almost a week to get it all straight, the daytime desk clerk (Darlene) was literally yelling at me on the phone at one point. I never got a call back from a manager as I was promised on multiple occasions. My checking account was overdrawn because of this mistake on their end and we never heard an apology... We will NEVER stop there again.

Clean rooms comfortable great breakfast hot food plenty of it excellent friendly staff. No noise great location. I would be grateful to stay there again. I travel all the time and wish more hotels were as good as this quality inn is thanks you for the excellent experience
