Food is not that great. Wings were dry. Presentation was substandard. Beer was flat and warm. Salad was warm and lifeless. Place felt dirty. If you're looking for 2nd rate food, with a substandard vibe... this is your place.

My kids finally talked me into trying this place. Needless to say I WONT be back!!!! It took 20 minutes just to get our drink order. Then to place our food order, well that took asking the manager (which acted like we were bothering him) to get our food order placed! And don't even think about paying out at one of the 2 registers, unless you are take-out. That's two and a half hours of my life that I'll never get back!!!!!!

Food taste great as usual, just ordering accuracy and convenience is terrible. This store alone won’t allow ordering online, won’t allow ordering from the app, so you have to call and when you get your orders, there are no fries at all on any of the 4 orders or even if it was rang up 20/20, not a single order of fries yet the pricing was more than the 20/20 even on boho Tuesday. I’m not sure that it’s normal but there were no napkins or hand wipes either. The wing accuracy was great. Individually boxed and labeled. I love this place but I can never order online and if I order Togo it’s always different than what I can order online and maybe that’s why you have to call in. Not to mention ordering online allows you to gain points if you are a rewards member yet you have to request the scannable receipt to get your points as it’s not available unless you request it at this location. I haven’t lived here long so maybe it’s normal around here considering every place I go is short on inventory and giving orders out missing what’s advertised. Either way it’s nothing to get on to staff about as management is supposed to have a grip on things and staff probably changes monthly as employment turnover rates are at an all time high and the individual taking my order didn’t sound like they knew exactly what they were doing. People need to be trained properly and food service companies around here need to have more integrity. Regardless, if you want a good experience at this location, go inside and sit down so you can enjoy the good service and get what was missing while you’re there.

Great atmosphere. The staff is really friendly and greets you with a smile. I had the Southwest Chicken Sandwich w/ fries my wife had the Classic Chicken Wrap w/fries both where amazing. We will definitely be back.
