Josh, Frost, and Matt were a pleasure to work with. Made an appointment for an oil change and received an email saying to look out for a confirmation. Never heard anything - no call or email, so I decided to go by the store and confirm while I was out running errands. I was informed that they do not do same day appointments or appointments on Sunday (even though the website allowed me to make an appointment). After being told that, I went back to my car, and suddenly got the cancellation email.
