Clean rooms, no bugs at all, super nice people run the place and it's close to both Lake Fork and Lake Tawakoni. If you want a nice reasonably priced place close to the fishing and in a nice little town, this is a great place to stay. I highly recommend it.

My husband and I recently relocated out of state. We stayed at the Bent Tree for three months. The owner Jay was very accommodating and kind. He let us keep our semi tractor trailer on the property with no charge. The staff was great and the room was large and clean. Angela the manager was awesome. She was very professional and went out of her way to take care of our every needs.

Very nice jucuzzi suite, big and roomy rooms. Jucuzzi is phenomenal. But they need some experienced maintenance personnel. The jucuzzi looked like a bunch of kindergarteners had done the caulking, and the blue front doors don't go with anything

Never again false advertising for bathroom,; COCKROACHES half a bath towel. $80 a night. thin walls so not really family friendly.... Holes through the door frames heater doesn't work well. If your traveling through do not stay no sleep with a 14 hour drive back home. Just came down to see our granddaughter , wouldn't trust to even bring her to visit with us to change clothes.
