This Title Company Darcy Trecht and her partner in crime, Molly Thompson, knowingly defrauded me on a commercial property i was on title to, that was sold by a Judge Almquist, who took a bribe of a large amount of money from my ex husband, to ensure him all the real estate we owned stemming from a 21 year long marriage and four children, resulting in a divorce that lasted from 2004 - 2014. They fabricated a note for 500,000 from a personal Friend of my ex, telling the courts it was in danger of being foreclosed on, after the fact the they already reconveyed the note, and the property was already sold, getting the clerk of the court to sign on behalf of me, even though I agreed to sign. There after since the actual sale in 2013 until now, will not furnish me with these documents, except for the Hud, which there were two different once, saying that the Hud was the only document I need see and file with the FTB, of which I did, and that was when all my money was drained out of my bank account by the FTB saying it was a withholding from the sale, and the finding out that the filed a statement to the IRS that I received twice as much as I actually did get, not allocating anything to the Hud according to the preliminary report as it should be. I filed with the BBC with no response and now the branch manager John, is ignoring my calls.

Title insurance provides evidence of title and insures ownership of real property. It is of utmost importance that you are protected against pre-existing title defects to the property when you purchase real estate. In order to do so, you must first be informed of any existing rights or claims that may, in the future, threaten your title and possession to the property. Title insurance provides you with this protection.
